This site will allow you to fill out your property information online and immediately download a proof! Much of this information is in an easy to fill out format with templated information already in place. A great deal of research and development has been completed in an effort to make this the most hassle-free and easy way to order your guest directory. No more phone calls, quotes to sign and faxes to proof!

ORDERING TIPS
1) Time Requirements: Depending on the amount of information in your guest
directory, please allow 30 minutes - 1 hour to complete your proof / order.2) Information you may want to have on hand:
- Phone numbers of Local Airlines and Chamber of Commerce
- Hours of facilities such as exercise room, meeting room, swimming pool, etc.
- Local Attractions and Points of Interest
- Telephone charges and instructions
3) Note to Residence Inn's Regarding Property Layout Map: A property map
is mandatory for Residence Inn & Townplace Suites only. You will need to fax
the property map to Wendi Green (615-777-5500). If you have ordered from
us before, we will have your map on file.
